How it all began
Venturing out solo was a journey. Having previously been part of a 4-person group that was signed on to a record label in Hollywood,California, the decision to return to music after the group's resting was no easy one. Lara George's debut solo album was titled 'Forever in my Heart,' and was met with wild enthusiasm by the public. With her unique sound, style and vocal dexterity, Lara's music quickly cut across all demographics, making her one of the most successful Gospel artistes from out of Nigeria till date.
You could describe her style as Afrobeats Praise Worship. It is Gospel Music, and it is also inspirational. Lara George uses music to sing about love, socially conscious topics, and of course, her faith.
